If you would like an official letter of acceptance on IGARSS 2014 letterhead in order to begin the travel-visa application process, you may request such a letter by clicking on the link below. Letters will be sent only by email.

Official Invitation Letter for Registered Delegates
If you would like an official invitation letter on IGARSS 2014 letterhead in order to begin the travel-visa application process, you must first register and your payment must be received. Official invitation letters will be distributed by email from the link below, or you may request a hardcopy be mailed to you during the registration process.
