IGARSS'2014 Soccer Game

Mini World Cup (Indoors)

The IGARSS soccer tournament will be held at the TELUS Centre, a brand new, top-notch sports facility on the campus of Laval University just five kilometres from Old Québec City. Transportation will be provided for both participants and spectators. Fees cover the cost of snacks, drinks, trophies and referees. There will be two groups of four teams, each team with a maximum of 10 players (7 on field and 3 on bench). Teams in each group will play against each other in a round robin arrangement. The first and second group winners will play off in the semifinals. Winners of the two semifinals will play off in the final contest, the IGARSS World Cup, while the losers of the two semifinals will compete in the third place playoff.
