Social Program

Welcome Reception

Catch up with your colleagues at the Welcome Reception! It will be held following the Tutorials, on Sunday, December 7th, at 6:30pm, in the South Shore Room at Harrah's Lake Tahoe (across the road from the conference venue). Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided as well as a cash bar being available.

Lunch

On Monday, Dec 8 and Tuesday, Dec 9, lunch will be held in two places in Harvey's Lake Tahoe: "Tallac Room" (on the 12th floor) and "19 Kitchen&Bar" (on the 19th floor). They both have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

Banquet

SLT 2014 participants are invited to the Conference Banquet to be held on Tuesday, December 9th at 7pm at the Hard Rock Cafe - Lake Tahoe, located in Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Hotel (the conference venue). The Hard Rock Cafe will be completely dedicated to SLT for a night featuring a buffet dinner with an assortment of Californian themed cuisine, two complimentary drinks from the bar, and entertainment from Dueling Pianos. A ticket for entry will be included in your welcome packet and can used with your conference badge to enter the Hard Rock Cafe.

Announcement

Online pre-registration is closed. On-site registration will be offered, and will include the technical program but may not include some social functions such as banquet dinner and/or lunch, etc. due space limitation.
