SLT 2014 Registration

Announcement

Due to high demand and limits on available space, online registration will have an upper limit, after which pre-registration online will be unavailable.

From now on, the registration will be first-come, first-served. If you do plan to attend the workshop, pre-register online as soon as possible to secure your space.

Once the cap is reached online pre-registration will be closed. On-site registration will be offered, and will include the technical program but may not include some social functions such as banquet dinner and/or lunch, etc due space limitation.

Online registration is closed. Registration will be available on-site.

Registration Fees

At least one author per paper must register at a non-student rate by October 17, 2014.

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. You must be an IEEE or ISCA Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.

Each attendee must register separately. There will be a USD $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. IEEE Federal Tax ID Number is 13-1656633. Refund policy: Processing fee USD$50 before October 31, 2014. No refunds after October 31, 2014.

Presenting Papers

Please note that papers which are not registered and are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Portal.
