Official Acceptance Letter on SLT 2014 Letterhead
If you would like an official letter of acceptance on SLT 2014 letterhead in order to begin the travel-visa application process, you may request such a letter by clicking on the link below. (when registration is active, hardcopy registration-proof invitation letters may be requested by express-mail.)
Papers must be formatted according to the instructions in the SLT 2014 Paper Kit.

Please read the entire paper kit carefully to verify that your paper document is formatted correctly and that you have all the information you need before starting your paper submission. The paper kit contains detailed instructions on formatting your document and completing the submission process, as well as a description of how the review process works and how to prepare for your presentation at the conference if your paper is accepted.

| Full paper submission deadline is on July 21st 2014 midnight (11:59pm) GMT, after which updates of the pdf file will be permitted until July 28th 2014 midnight GMT but the title, author, abstract and topics cannot be changed. There will be no extension of deadlines. The conference will be conducted in English. | |
