  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
  3. JPL requires that all U.S. citizens, 18 years of age or older, present official, government issued photo identification (driver's license or passport) before being allowed entry. All non-U.S. Citizens 18 years of age or older must present a passport or resident visa (green card) before being allowed entry. Individuals without proper identification will not be admitted to the Laboratory. Please be advised that tours involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing. Wheelchair access can be accommodated with advance notice, however wheelchairs cannot be provided. Cameras are permitted on the facility.

Each attendee must register separately. There will be a USD $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. IEEE Federal Tax ID Number is 13-1656633. Refund policy: Processing fee USD$50 before March 1, 2014. No refunds after March 1, 2014.

Presenting Papers

Each paper must have at least one author registered by February 21, 2014. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.
