IGARSS 2016 Registration

Registration Fees

At least one author per paper must register for the full symposium by May 20, 2016.

Online registration will be closed on July 5th. After July 5th, you will need to register on-site.

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at IGARSS for both online and onsite registation.

1. Students have to upload proof of student status
2. The regular registration fee does not include tutorials.
3. The regular registration fee does not include the awards banquet, lunches, young geoscience professionals luncheon, soccer match, or other social events.
4. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the Member discount.

Each attendee must register separately. There will be a USD $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee USD $50 before May 1, 2016. No refunds after May 1, 2016. IEEE Tax ID Number: 13-1656633

Presenting Papers

At least one author per paper must register by May 20, 2016. One regular (all-conference, non-student) registration can cover at most two papers. One student (all-conference) registration can cover at most one paper. Single-day registrations cannot be linked by presenting authors. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.
