By car:

Driving Directions to the Fort Worth Convention Center

Fort Worth is easily accessible via several major highway systems, including Interstate 20, Interstate 30, and Interstate 35W.

By air:

Fort Worth is conveniently located 17.5 miles from DFW International Airport. With 1,850 flights daily, DFW Airport serves as a gateway for visitors from around the globe, making Fort Worth an easily accessible international and domestic leisure destination. Also, Dallas’s Love Field serves dozens of domestic destinations and several international ones as well. Love Field is located 34.9 miles from the Convention Center.

Bus service:

The Fort Worth Transportation Authority, known locally as The T, offers rides all over Fort Worth, including routes to popular attractions like the Stockyards National Historic District, the Fort Worth Cultural District and downtown’s Sundance Square. You may also choose to hop on Molly the Trolley, a free downtown get-around.

Rail service:

The T also operates the Trinity Railway Express, or TRE, which provides convenient rail transportation between Fort Worth and Dallas and transfer access to DFW International Airport. In downtown Fort Worth, hop aboard at either the historic T&P Station or the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC), both a short walk from the Convention Center.

Ground transportation from the airport:

Take a seat in a convenient shuttle bus or taxi cab. Or ride a remote shuttle bus to the Trinity Railway Express and take it to the ITC in downtown Fort Worth. For more info about taking the TRE to and from the airport, click here.

Car rentals:

Need to rent a vehicle during your stay? You’ll find plenty of options at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, in downtown Fort Worth and throughout the city. The rental car facility at DFW Airport is serviced by 10 companies, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Avis, Budget and Hertz. It’s located just south of the airport’s south toll plaza. You can quickly catch a ride to this facility from any terminal on a rental car bus.

Fort Worth Bike Sharing:

Bike sharing is an inexpensive, healthy and environmentally friendly way to get around Fort Worth. Simply pick up a bike at any bike sharing station and ride it to any other station. You’ll find more than 40 docking stations throughout the city, including downtown, the Near Southside and the Cultural District.
