ISIT 2015 Registration

Registration Fees

At least one author per paper must register by April 22, 2015.

1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2. If you are not an IT Society member, you can save costs by joining. The cost of joining the IT Society is $30 for IEEE Members and $15 for IEEE Student Members. This is substantially less than the price differential for registering for ISIT. Please visit ieee.org/join for joining.
3. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
4. Conference rate at various hotels is available for a limited number of rooms for a limited time.
5. Registration includes one (1) awards luncheon admission for June 16.
6. Registration includes one (1) banquet admission for June 18.

Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to ISIT 2015 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. Payment is due upon registration; be sure to initiate wire transfer or mail checks immediately after completing online registration. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. IEEE Federal Tax ID Number is 13-1656633. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 USD before May 13, 2015. No refund after May 13, 2015.

Presenting Papers

Each paper must have at least one author registered by April 22, 2015 and the paper must be presented at the conference by a co-author unless prior permission has been sought and obtained from the TPC Co-Chairs. (Such permission will be granted sparingly and only under extenuating circumstances). Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here.

Each accepted paper will be published in the IEEE Xplore digital archive of the symposium provided that at least one author registers in advance and in addition, the paper is either presented at the conference by a co-author or else presented by a qualified substitute under the prior permission of the TPC Co-Chairs.
