Upload of Final Manuscript
A. Page Length and Format
Authors are encouraged to use LaTex to format their final manuscripts, using the standard IEEE conference specifications.
Final manuscripts should not exceed 5 pages in length, should use font size no smaller than 10 points, and have reasonable margins on all the 4 sides of the text. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. The top and bottom margins should be at least 0.5 inches to leave room for page numbers. All fonts should be embedded in the pdf file. The system will not accept upload of final manuscripts longer than 5 pages. Hence any additional material that may have been included on pages 6 through 10 of your submission to assist in the review of your manuscript, cannot be included in the final manuscript.
Remember to NOT include a sentence at the beginning of the abstract of the final manuscript saying "To be considered for an 2015 IEEE Jack Keil Wolf ISIT Student Paper Award".
B. Online Final Manuscript Submission Link and Deadline
DEADLINE: The deadline for uploading the final manuscripts is April 22, 23:59, EDT (New York Time Zone). This deadline is strict and will not be extended. Shortly after the deadline, uploads will no longer be possible here.
