APS/URSI 2015 Registration

Online registration closes Sunday, July 12, midnight (PST). On-site registration will be open starting Sunday, July 19 at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver.

Registration Fees

1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2. The regular registration fee does not include short courses.
3. The regular registration fee does not include the awards banquet.
4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.
5. Advance sign-up for the Young Professionals Reception, Women in Engineering Dessert Reception, and Reviewers' Dinner Reception is required, as there will be very limited space to add seats on-site.
6. Attendees selecting the Reviewers' Dinner Reception will be checked against the reviewer list to verify eligibility.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to IEEE APS/URSI 2015 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 before June 9, 2015. No refunds after June 9, 2015.

Presenting Papers

Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here.

Please note that papers which are not registered and are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Portal.

Enter EITHER the 4-digit numeric ID (e.g., 1234) given when you submitted your paper, or the technical program identifier (e.g., 103.4 OR TUP-A1.4A.6) assigned to your paper in the schedule.
