Registration Fees

At least one author per paper must register at a non-student rate by April 30, 2018.

IMPORTANT: The banquet is at full capacity. Registration currently does not guarantee entry to the banquet, but a ticket may be provided if space allows.

Each full registration includes admission to the welcome reception, technical sessions, coffee/tea breaks, one copy of the electronic proceedings. The banquet is at capacity and attendance to the banquet is not guaranteed with this registration.

Linking of Accepted Papers to Registration Record

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by April 30, 2018. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your non-student registration here. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore.

Registration Terms and Policies

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
