Registration Fees

At least one author per paper must register for the full symposium by January 31, 2018.

Each registration includes admission to the welcome reception, plenary, technical sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea breaks and one copy of the electronic proceedings. IEEE/GRSS Member  US$600 US$650

  1. Students have to upload proof of student status
  2. The regular registration fee does not include the conference dinner.
  3. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the Member discount.
  4. Follow this link to the IEEE GRSS Membership page to renew your membership or add GRSS membership to your existing IEEE membership.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to IEEE MicroRad 2018 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 before February 1, 2018. No refunds after February 1, 2018.

Presenting Papers

At least one author per paper must register by January 31, 2018. One regular (all-conference, non-student) registration can cover at most two papers. One student (all-conference) registration can cover at most one paper. Single-day registrations cannot be linked by presenting authors. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.
