At least one author per paper must register at a non-student rate by September 30, 2016 [Note deadline change!]. Government employees who require additional time to register due to internal delays may send an email to registration@2016.ieeeglobalsip.org to inform the conference of this possible delay.
Each attendee must register separately. There will be a USD $40 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee USD $40 before October 31, 2016. No refunds after October 31, 2016.
