Wednesday-only registration includes admission to the technical sessions on Wednesday, lunch, coffee breaks and one copy of the electronic proceedings. It excludes social events and cannot satisfy the author-registration policy for papers.

Industry Outlook Talks registration includes admission to the industry outlook talks (2 per day), plus lunches. It excludes social events and cannot satisfy the author-registration policy for papers.

Linking of Accepted Papers to Registration Record

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by May 7, 2018. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your non-student registration here. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore.

Registration Terms and Policies

One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.

You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.

A full refund, after a 50 CHF processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Advance Registration deadline. Name change on the registration is allowed once before May 1, with 50 CHF processing fee. The requirement to cover a paper by at least one full registration by its authors should still be satisfied.
