APS/URSI 2017 Registration

Registration Fees

Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person by May 13, 2017. Any paper not linked to a registered person by May 13, 2017 will be withdrawn from the technical program and proceedings.

1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2. The regular registration fee does not include short courses.
3. The regular registration fee does not include the celebratory banquet.
4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.
5. Attendees selecting the Reviewers' luncheon will be checked against the journal reviewer list to verify eligibility.
6. The half-day short courses do not include lunch.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to IEEE APS/URSI 2017 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 before May 26, 2017. No refunds after May 26, 2017.
