Description

This workshop is designed to begin a conversation about the biases we hold but are not consciously aware of and how this may impact how we interact, review and process information about others. The content encourages:

  • developing an understanding of inherent bias;
  • developing an understanding of microaggressions;
  • enhance our understanding of our own and others actions;
  • an awareness of how this impacts self and others
