Invitation Letter Request

An invitation letter will be provided to each registered attendee for non-Visa purpose. For other necessary materials needed for Visa application, please contact Dr. Hongsheng Li (lihongsheng@gmail.com) directly.

Please provide your registration confirmation number and the password provided in your registration confirmation email to formally request an invitation letter sent to you. The invitation letter will be sent by email only to the email address provided during registration.

Invitation letters can be sent only to persons who have completed registration and submitted payment in full.
