An invitation letter will be provided to each registered attendee for non-Visa purpose. Requests should be made online at this link. For other necessary materials needed for Visa application, please contact the registration chair Jia Jia (jjia@tsinghua.edu.cn) directly.

At least one author per paper must register by May 15, 2013.
For three or more early-rate or advance-rate student registrations from the same institution/company and paid by the same credit card, a group discount is offered in the form of a refund to the credit card.:
Requirement: registration must be completed with payment for each individual at a student rate before the advance registration deadline; all individuals of the group must have the same affiliation (university/institute/company), and payment should be made by the same credit card.
Instructions: Each person should register separately. Then email registration@chinasip2013.org to request the group discount refund.
Hard-copy receipts/invoices will be provided on-site. Payment must be sent with the registration form; No purchase orders. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to IEEE ChinaSIP 2013 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 USD before June 1, 2013. No refunds after June 1, 2013.

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by May 15, 2013. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your non-student registration here. One full registration can cover up to 2 papers.
Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.
