Payment Policy
All fees are stated in US dollars and all checks must be drawn on a US bank in US funds. Company or government purchase orders are not accepted. Only registration or exhibitor application forms which are accompanied by payment will be processed.
Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Registration & Events Fee will apply on all charges if canceled. Substitutions are permitted. Only written requests for refunds received before September 6th, 2019 will be accepted. In exceptional cases, AMTA may approve the cancellation after the cutoff date.
Early Registration Deadline
The deadline for early registration is midnight EDT, September 6th. Thereafter, the standard registration price will be in effect.
